SYNERGY IS A SECURE INTERNET SITE.
Synergy Website is secure with Secure Socket Layer (or SSL). If your browser supports SSL, all confidential information (ie. credit card details etc) is transmitted in encrypted form. When you enter the secure part of the Synergy site ie. before we ask for your credit card details, you will see a solid or gold key logo in the lower left corner of your browser. This allow you to complete an entire order without a need or to call or fax us with creditcard details.

What is SSL?
SSL provides: - server authentication, which allows any SSL-compatible client to verify the identity of the server using a certificate and a digital signature; - data encryption,which ensures the privacy of client-server communications by encrypting the data stream between the two entities; - data integrity, which verifies that the contents of a message arrive at their destination in the same form as they were sent; - SSL employs public key cryptographic technology from RSA Data Security, an estabilished leader in computer data security, and works with various encryption algorithms. The Synergy server makes use of 128 bit encryption.

As a mail order company, Synergy safeguards all customer transactons, whether by cheque, debit or credit card. We will ask for your credit card details each time that place an order - we do not store your financial data for future orders.

Why do you ask for a Telephone Number?
We rarely need to phone you, but having this information allows to contact you if there is a delivery or card authorisation problem.

Data Protection
It is our policy never to sell or pass your details to any marketing organisations.
Your details will however be passed on to companies involved in the fulfilment of your order
i.e. Fulfillment partners who ship products on our behalf or shipping organisations such as parcelforce/post office.
